Our goal is to enable brands to foster thoughtful, authentic interactions with their customers and build community. While developing texting solutions, I am also helping Voyage design a powerful marketing ecosystem that leverages AI for customer and campaign management.

Web App Design
Voyage’s web app is a powerful marketing platform / universe that includes:
- Venus (LiveRecover): An SMS marketing tool that helps e-commerce brands engage customers and drive sales through live agents, including abandoned checkout recovery and post-purchase engagement.
- Earth (Customers): A customer and segment management system.
- Jupiter (Campaigns): A campaign creation and management tool.

Design System & Modes
I’m building and maintaining the Stellar Design System for all of Voyage’s products. When creating color variables, I designed two modes - dark and light - allowing users to switch between them based on their preference.
